Overbrook Studio Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

If you want a refund, please first contact Don via email with your explanation at:  don@overbrookstudio.com.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same or similar packaging as the original. Grounds for a return are limited in general to prints that have been damaged in transit to you, or that you are dissatisfied with your print.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING VIA UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (NOTE: APPLIES TO U.S. AND CANADA ONLY)

A UPS return label is included with your print shipment. To complete your refund, we require the actual artwork to be returned to us since it is a limited editon print. Send it VIA UPS to:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed, and a full refund credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at don@overbrookstudio.com.
